What Can a Waste Management Agent
Do for Your Business?

Save Money at Every Step

Once a waste management agent has helped your business break down its waste management process and all its related expenses, the next step is to revamp everyone of those steps in a way that reduces costs and, if possible, streamlines the process to consume fewer resources. Compare Savings

Comprehensive Planning

Above all else, a waste management agent will help your business come up with the best plan possible for managing your waste and the associated costs. Many businesses don’t realize just how much the cost of handling, storing, and processing waste can be a drain on their budget, or that there are often easy to implement ways for them to lower their waste associated costs.

Recycling Planning

We provide a comprehensive insight into the recycling process. This can benefit businesses in two ways: by helping reduce the amount of waste they produce (and thus lowering storage and hauling costs), and by helping them build a “green” image that will be attractive to consumers.

Protected

A knowledgeable waste management agent will do more than just tweak your trash pickup schedule; they’ll eliminate errors, streamline processes, and help businesses stay within regulatory guidelines so they aren’t hit with unexpected fees and fines.

Frequently Ask Questions

How are you going to save me money?

There are many different ways that we save our customers money. We have developed an algorithm that tells us exactly how much your trash weighs based on what your organization does. We use this information to calculate the charges for disposal at your local landfill, and then negotiate a fair profit margin for your hauler. In areas where we already have clients, we have already established market rates for the locations we manage and already have a relationship with most of the waste haulers, so it is really just a matter of getting your rates down to what our current clients are already paying.

Will I have to change my waste and recycling haulers if I enroll in your service?

Our experienced staff will investigate all the options in your area. Most often we are able to reduce your costs while continuing to use your current haulers. If we remain with your current hauler, we will negotiate your rate to match our group rates available to our network of clients.

What do we need to do to take advantage of this opportunity ASAP?

All we need to get started is a copy of your most recent invoice and contract for each location, as well as a signed Letter of Authority to begin working with your current vendor on your behalf.

Who are some of the other Gulf Coast Businesses that you have worked with?

We have worked with thousands of locations across the U.S., but previous Gulf Coast clients would be Wendy’s, Denny’s, IHOP, Applebee’s, Chili’s, Golden Corral, KFC, Popeye’s, Sonic, Village Inn, McGuire’s Irish Pub, Fudpuckers, Sacred Heart Hospital, West Florida Hospital, Life Care Nursing Home, Trademark Properties, Andrew’s Institute Research Foundation, and Gulf Eagle Building Supply.

You Have Options

Many business owners believe that the cost of waste disposal is a fixed utility that they have absolutely no control over, but nothing could be further from the truth. Hauling companies will usually not educate their clients as to how they can save money through waste disposal. Many in our industry refer to this as “asking the fox to guard the hen house”. Unfortunately, this is how the industry works in order for the waste haulers to remain competitive in the market place and increase profits for their shareholders. As a result, most businesses are overpaying for waste disposal services. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise: the waste removal industry is very profitable. The average annual compensation for the CEO at these large firms is over $15,000,000.00.
